March 2001 by its President and CEO, Jodi Gildersleeve.
The Company was created
with a simple but solid direction in mind: Don't try

Jodi's experience in
executive search goes back to the mid 90's, placing
accounting and financial professionals in the highly
competitive San Diego market. Upon moving from San Diego,
Jodi brought her expertise to a local staffing company
and launched their very successful executive search
division. During that time, Jodi became highly involved
with local gaming due to the explosive growth of California
Indian Gaming. Jodi's combined knowledge of executive
placement and the highly specialized Gaming Industry
has allowed her to open a business with a clear and
present difference from the rest of the crowd: Personalized
Service.
